It explains who we are and how to reach us, and then — product by product — exactly what each product handles and where that data goes. Who we are

Ankit Bhangar, LLC builds and publishes the software described below, including browser extensions distributed through the Chrome Web Store. We do not operate advertising networks, and we do not sell or rent personal data. Each product section explains precisely what that product does with data.

Product

Excise Connect

Excise Connect is a Chrome extension published by Ankit Bhangar, LLC("we"). It helps a UP Excise FL2B/FL2A alcohol wholesaler capture their own indent (purchase-order) records from the UP Excise IESCMS portal and bring them into their own ADB wholesale-management account. This policy explains what the extension handles and where it goes.

What the extension handles

Your ADB login. When you sign in, your email and password are sent only to your own ADB server (app.adbdistributors.com, or a self-hosted URL you configure) to authenticate. Your password is never stored; the extension keeps only the resulting access and refresh tokens.
Your UP Excise portal session. The extension reads the session token the UP Excise portal already stores in your logged-in browser tab, solely to call the portal's own API on your behalf. This token is used in-page and is not transmitted to us or any third party.
Your indent records. On a schedule, the extension reads your own indent list and details from the UP Excise portal API and posts newly detected indents to your own ADB server so you don't have to re-key them.

Where your data goes

The extension communicates only with the UP Excise portal and its API (excise.up.gov.in, prodgwnewapi.upexciseonline.co) and your own ADB backend (app.adbdistributors.com or your configured URL). We do not operate a server that receives your data, do not use analytics, and do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party.

What is stored, and where

Your settings, ADB session tokens, and a small cache of indent numbers/statuses (used to detect new and changed indents) are stored locally on your device via Chrome's extension storage. Nothing is stored on our servers. Removing the extension deletes this local data.

Notifications

Desktop notifications about new or changed indents are generated and shown locally on your device; the notification itself sends nothing anywhere.

Data retention & your control

You control all data. Logging out clears your session tokens; uninstalling the extension removes all locally stored data. Your indent and account data inside ADB are governed by your ADB account terms.

Children's privacy

Excise Connect is a business tool for licensed alcohol wholesalers and is not directed to children.

MagnaCarta Capture

MagnaCarta Capture is a browser extension, published by Ankit Bhangar, LLC, that helps a delivery-platform partner export their own ratings, reviews and orders to CSV files.

The short version: the extension does not send your data anywhere. Everything it reads is processed inside your own browser and saved only as the CSV file you choose to download. There is no Bhangar.net server, no analytics, and no third-party tracking involved.

What it accesses

When you are on a supported partner portal — partner-app.talabat.com, partner-hub.deliveroo.com, or app.careemnow.com — and you click an export button, the extension (1) reads the authentication token from your existing logged-in session so it can call the same portal APIs the page itself calls; (2) requests your ratings, reviews and/or orders for the date range you chose — the same data the portal already shows you; (3) assembles those records into a CSV in your browser and triggers a download.

How data is used and shared

Used only to produce the CSV you requested, on your device; never transmitted to Ankit Bhangar, LLC, the authors, or any third party; never sold, rented, or shared; no advertising, profiling, or analytics. The session token is used transiently to authorize the API calls and is not stored by the extension or sent anywhere other than the partner portal's own API (the same destination your browser already uses).

Data retention

The extension stores nothing. The only output is the CSV you save, which lives on your computer under your control. Ankit Bhangar, LLC retains nothing.

Permissions

Host access only to the three partner portals above, solely to inject the export panel and read the data you are authorized to see. No other permissions; no remote or hosted code.

Eligibility

The extension only functions for users who already have a valid partner login for the relevant portal; it grants no new access to any data.
